Edtech UK is a strategic body set up to accelerate growth of the UK’s education technology sector. It provides the UK with an international perspective and brings the world's edtech companies and innovations to Britain. As a convening voice for the education technology sector in Britain, we are the front door for industry, investors, and government, who support us in accelerating the explosive development in this arena. With supportive members including startups, high growth companies, large corporations and investors, we are accelerating education and learning technology in Britain and on a global scale.
Edtech UK builds on a range of successful digital programmes, led by The Education Foundation. We are very proud to have set up and run the UK and Europe’s first Edtech Accelerator programme, and our projects include the Digital Colleges, Facebook for Educators programme and Edtech missions for high growth companies. The first UK Israel Edtech taskforce summit runs on the 15th June with partners UK Israel Hub and Mindcet in Israel. The gathering of top education and tech leaders took place at the Barclays Rise accelerator space in Whitechapel in London and featured speakers including Lord Putnam and Yonatan Raz Friedman from Kano.
